Before you submit

Lead time. Most orders need 3 to 7 days of notice depending on size and design. Rush orders inside 48 hours are sometimes possible and carry a $15 fee.
Pickup windows. All orders are pickup only in Crozet, Virginia. Choose a one-hour window between 9am and 5pm at checkout.
Payment. An invoice is sent 72 hours before the listed pickup date. Full payment is due by pickup time.
Changes and cancellations. Design changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before pickup. Orders cancelled inside the 48 hour window may not be refunded.

A note

Requests inside 48 hours of pickup carry a $15 rush fee. Design changes inside 48 hours of pickup can't be guaranteed.

How this works

This form sends your request to me as an email. It's not an automated cart or online checkout — I review every request by hand and reply within a day. Payment happens at pickup, per Virginia cottage-food rules (§3.2-5130).
