About the studio
A small bakery in Crozet,
for the people who live here.
Crozet Cake Studio is a one-baker microbakery making cupcakes and cookie cakes for birthdays, weekends, classrooms, and the ordinary occasions that deserve something baked from scratch. Every order is taken by hand, decorated by hand, and ready for pickup at a time we agree on.
Most orders need a few days. The Weekend Box runs weekly. Larger custom orders get the most attention with a week of notice or more.
How ordering works
The fine print, in plain language.
- Lead time
- Most orders need 3 to 7 days of notice depending on size and design. Rush orders inside 48 hours are sometimes possible and carry a $15 fee.
- Pickup windows
- All orders are pickup only in Crozet, Virginia. Choose a one-hour window between 9am and 5pm at checkout.
- Payment
- An invoice is sent 72 hours before the listed pickup date. Full payment is due by pickup time.
- Changes and cancellations
- Design changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before pickup. Orders cancelled inside the 48 hour window may not be refunded.
